The Special Programs Department seeks to enhance the school setting for all students and to meet the needs of Kerrville ISD's special and diverse populations by:

Identifying and servicing students with special and diverse learning needs,
Improving student success by providing necessary resources/assistance to teachers, administrators, and parents to meet the needs of learners, and
Increasing parental involvement in student learning by implementing effective parent involvement strategies.
